JENI COIN RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Terms and Conditions of Return

ü  In case of any defect that is difficult to repair is found in Jeni Coin’s Goods, 
Jeni Coin shall replace such goods, subject to your compliance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of making a purchase. It is necessary for you to confirm a purchase made at our store by means of the invoice or other payment document  (e.g. air waybill).

ü  Jeni Coin shall refund the value of goods purchased at our store in the event a manufacturing defect was found in the product and it is impractical to repair or replace.

ü  After completion of the returning process, we will notify you about the actual refund amount in accordance with the probable receipt date to your account by means of SMS and E-mail. If we confirm your refund claim, please, allow 10-15 days from the date of intimation for funds to appear on your account.

ü  Sometimes banks take a long time to process the refund request. However, if you have not obtained the refund by the date we mentioned in the message to you, please, contact us.

ü  Goods must be in their original unworn condition and should be not be altered by any other jeweller (including resizing and repairing).


 

The  Customer  shall  not  be  entitled  to  refund  or  exchange  the  items  in  the

following cases:

ü  The Customer changed his mind regarding the purchased Goods.

ü  Goods purchased by the Customer are free from any defects.

ü  The Goods were available elsewhere at a lower price.

You may visit us in person or, if you reside outside the UAE, you can ship Goods back to us by means of delivery service. Please, acknowledge that you are responsible for all delivery expenses.
